WHAT I HAVE LEARNT FROM JAMES NDAMBO

LESSON 1

_______✍🏾

At the yesterday's, My Home Town (2022 Beauty Pageant) event, the Chairman of the African Union Holdings (a group of companies), Mr James Ndambo, only wanted four volunteers from the audience and without explaining why he wanted them, many fought their way forward. ...

He tested their financial intelligences ...yet none of them knew that the financial solutions were just within and around them.

...They walked away with dollars...

What is the lesson on this?

The take home lesson is;

1. Seize the opportunity when it presents itself.

2. Just one opportunity can change your life.

3. People should put efforts in order to get what they want.

4. That was an example of how "The early bird gets the worm" . And that proved a big point.

5. Just being in the presence of the rich changes everything.

6. Sometimes volunteerism can pay you a hundredfold and can open a lot of doors for you.

7. We always want free things. We don't want to wo

Sustainable Development Goal 1
SDG 1 is to: "End poverty in all its forms everywhere". Achieving SDG 1 would end extreme poverty globally by 2030.

Sustainable Development Goal 1 (SDG 1 or Global Goal 1), one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations in 2015, calls for the end of poverty in all forms. The official wording is: "No Poverty". Member countries have pledged to "Leave No One Behind": underlying the goal is a "powerful commitment to leave no one behind and to reach those farthest behind first". SDG 1 aims to eradicate every form of extreme poverty including the lack of food, clean drinking water, and sanitation. Achieving this goal includes finding solutions to new threats caused by climate change and conflict. SDG 1 focuses not just on people living in poverty, but also on the services people rely on and social policy that either promotes or prevents poverty.

The goal has seven targets and 13 indicators to measure progress. The five "outcome tar

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or Global Goals are a collection of 17 interlinked global goals designed to be a "blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all". The SDGs were set up in 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly (UN-GA) and are intended to be achieved by the year 2030. They are included in a UN-GA Resolution called the 2030 Agenda or what is colloquially known as Agenda 2030. The SDGs were developed in the Post-2015 Development Agenda as the future global development framework to succeed the Millennium Development Goals which ended in 2015.

The 17 SDGs are: (1) No Poverty, (2) Zero Hunger, (3) Good Health and Well-being, (4) Quality Education, (5) Gender Equality, (6) Clean Water and Sanitation, (7) Affordable and Clean Energy, (8) Decent Work and Economic Growth, (9) Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, (10) Reduced Inequality, (11) Sustainable Cities and Communities, (12) Responsible Consumption and Production, (13) Climate Action, (

Simple Sentence has only one subject and one predicate. A compound sentence must have two or more co-ordinate clauses, each with its own subject and predicate. Examples are given below.

  • Climbing up the tree, he plucked some mangoes. (Simple Sentence)
  • He climbed up the tree and plucked some mangoes. (Compound Sentence)

Here we changed the participial phrase 'Climbing up the tree' into the clause 'He climbed up the tree' and connected it to the original clause with the coordinating conjunction and. Thus a simple sentence can be converted into a compound sentence by expanding a word or a phrase into a clause and by using the coordinating conjunction to connect the clauses. More examples are given below.

  • Driven by rain, he took shelter under a tree. (Simple sentence)
  • He was driven by rain and took shelter under a tree. (Compound Sentence)
  • Besides being beautiful, she is intelligent. (Simple Sentence)
  • She is not only beautiful but also intelligent. (Compound Sentence)

The transformation of a sentence is all about changing its form without altering its meaning. We can, for example, transform an exclamatory sentence into an assertive sentence or vice-versa. We can also transform simple sentences into complex or compound sentences. You can learn the rules of transformation of sentences here.

Transformation of an exclamatory sentence into an assertive sentence

Exclamations are often constructed with how and what.

Exclamations with how

Mainly two structures are used.

How + adjective /adverb + subject + verb

How clever he is! (Note the word order - the adjective or the adverb goes before the subject and the verb goes after the subject.)
How intelligent you are!
How nice it is!
How cold it is!

How + subject + verb

How he has changed!
How you've grown!

Exclamations with what

We make exclamations with what when the adjective is followed by a noun. Note that this structure is used even when there is no adjective. Several structures are possible.

What a/an + adjec

*Why are blacks not wealthy**

Excerpts from an interview with a Jewish leader about Blacks.

INTERVIEWER:
Why are blacks so behind Economically?

JEWISH LEADER:
The only thing blacks understand is Consumption.

Blacks don't understand the importance of creating and building wealth.

The fundamental rule is to keep your money within your racial group.

We the Jews
- build Jewish business,
- hire Jewish,
- buy Jewish and
- spend Jewish. There is nothing wrong with that but it is a basic rule blacks cannot comprehend and follow;

"He kills his fellow blacks daily instead of wanting to see his fellow black succeed"

93% of blacks killed in America are by other blacks. The story is not different in Africa.

Their leaders steal from their people and send the money back to their colonial masters, from whom they borrowed the same money initially.

Every successful black person wants to spend his money in the country of his colonial masters.

They
- go on holiday abroad,
- buy houses abroad,
- school abroad,

The white world has, in recent weeks, been assisting in reevaluating black lives. They’ve joined blacks to shout ‘Black Lives Matter’ as the world agonises over deadly racism abroad. But how much of value do the blacks place on their own lives, especially in Africa? Is it the destiny of the black man to suffer and be pitied from eternity to eternity? He was the one who suffered slavery and slave trade more than anyone else. He is the one whose experience of colonialism will rankle forever even when other victims have outlived that past.
Ran HaCohen of Tel Aviv University, Israel, in a 2018 journal article examines the concept of blackness and why being white or black would forever play a role in human history. He argues that black, as a colour, has always “suffered from bad reputation” and that even among black people of Africa, “white signifies ‘right, good order, reason, truth, health, generosity, good luck’, whereas black signifies ‘wrong, guilt, envy, intention to kill, grief.

MASTURBATION IS SIN! STOP NOW! YOU HAVE BEEN HAVING SEX WITH DEMONS WITHOUT KNOWING IT
A young Christian man had been addicted to masturbation and sexual fantasy. Several years after stopping this behavior, he was shocked to discover occult teaching from Satanic websit exalting and encouraging masturbation

and sexual fantasy as the key ways of encouraging sexual spirits to take over one’s dreams and have sex with demons.

Although he had already stopped such behavior, just to play safe, he verbally renounced ever having engaged in it, and in Jesus’ name he rebuked any demons he had inadvertently encouraged.

Amazingly, he then found himself subject to a counter-attack, being plagued by exceptionally vivid sexual dreams beyond anything he had ever known.

He continued in spiritual warfare, and after several days of resisting the demons he was free from the dreams.

As a Christian, any time you involve yourself in masturbation you are inviting sexual demons to take over your life, when they e
